DORM RULES & CODE OF CONDUCT

Safety, Harmony & Order

HOSTEL DORMITORY REGULATIONS

To ensure a peaceful, disciplined, and safe residential environment for all students, boarders are expected to adhere strictly to the following dormitory rules.

Quiet Hours Policy

Noise Discipline

Shouting and whistling is strictly not allowed inside the dormitory premises at any time.

Access Regulation

School Hours Access

Hostel is strictly out of bounds for students when school is in progress.

Personal Hygiene

Room Tidiness

Beds must be kept tidy and all belongings neatly arranged in designated cupboards and luggage compartments.

Energy & Safety

Electrical Installations

Students must not tamper with electrical fittings. Lights and fans must be switched off when not in use.

Corridor Safety

No Indoor Sports

Playing with a ball, racquet, bat, or hockey stick inside dormitories and corridors is strictly prohibited.

Hazard Control

Fire Prevention

Lighting incense sticks or candles inside the dormitory is strictly forbidden.

Out of Bounds

Visiting Restrictions

Students are not permitted to visit other students’ hostels or the residences of staff members without authorization.

Core Expectation

Civilized Conduct

Students should behave in a civilized, respectful, and dignified manner at all times on campus.

Zero Tolerance Discipline

The hostel rules are formulated to protect student safety and maintain an atmosphere conducive to study and personal growth. Any violation of electrical safety, fire hazards, or misconduct will result in strict disciplinary action.
