As one of the best boarding schools in Pune, the BK Birla Centre for Education aims for the holistic development of its students. In line with this objective, the school provides breaks during Diwali, winter, and summer vacations to allow students time for relaxation and rejuvenation.
The school regularly organizes seminars, workshops, and symposiums on a wide range of topics and invites guest speakers and artists from various fields to engage with the students.

ENDEAVOUR TO EXPLORE

The school emphasizes learning beyond the classroom through field trips and educational excursions throughout the academic year, providing students with practical experiences to supplement their in-class learning. An annual educational excursion is organized, comprising a seven-day trip to various destinations where students are divided into groups according to their classes and guided by teachers. Prior to the trip, a detailed itinerary is sent to parents. Typically, destinations of historical, geographical, and industrial significance are chosen to provide students with firsthand exposure to these areas. Following these trips, seminars, quizzes, projects, presentations, etc., are conducted, and students are graded based on their participation and learning outcomes.
