The admission process at B.K. Birla Centre for Education allows enrolment of students as easily as possible while keeping in mind that we retain a certain standard. BKBCE is one of the most sought-after residential schools in Pune.

4-Step Admission Journey

Step 1 — Application

Registration Form Submission

Registration opens in October for the upcoming academic session. Filling in the registration form initiates the process (Registration fee is non-refundable).

Step 2 — Evaluation

Admission Aptitude Test

Applicants must appear for an admission test reviewing candidates on their aptitude in English, Mathematics, Second Language, and General Knowledge.

Step 3 — Selection

Shortlisting & TC Submission

Once selected, parents must produce an official Transfer Certificate (TC) from the school last attended to finalize the seat.

Step 4 — Orientation

Academic Integration & Guidance

Teachers provide additional help for students coping with curriculum shifts, supported by parent-guided efforts at home.

Academic Session Terms

First Term

April to September

Focuses on foundational concepts, spring activities, and mid-year reviews.

Second Term

October to March

Focuses on advanced curriculum, sports day, annual day, and final evaluations.

Academic Guidance & Collaborative Responsibility

For students who find it difficult to cope with the curriculum, our teachers provide personalized additional help and remedial guidance. However, it is also the shared responsibility of parents to ensure their children put in their best efforts at home.
