All India IPSC Teachers’ Conclave 2022
November 19 - November 20,2022
This year IPSC Teachers’ conclave 2022 was organised by L K Singhania Education Centre Gotan, Rajasthan. It was held from 19th November to 20th November 2022.
40 delegates from top notch schools of India participated to evolve and grow not only in their professional but personal life as well.
The two days program was lined-up as follows:
Day-01 | Session
The program began with the introductory speech given by Prof AbhayKarandikar, IIT Kanpur Director who was the chief guest of the programme. He emphasised on the multi-disciplinary approach in the education which is the need of the hour.
He also laid emphasis on the development and growth of cognitive, analytical and in-depth learning of the children.
Prof. Sameer Khandekar, (HoDDept.of Mechanical Engineering, IIT, Kanpur) was the guest of honour. He raised the issues being faced by the premium institutes when student take admission for their professional degree after completing their school life.
He insisted that Arts and Science should go together. He gave many insights on the teaching methodology which if school adopts can bring huge transformation in the system.
We also had the privilege of listening to Mr. RakshitTandon, Cyber Security Evangelist. He demonstrated many examples whereour school children, teachers got trapped and lost their intellectual properties or faced with financial loss.
Next Speaker was Mrs. ShilpaSingh ,Founder & DirectorMindler Education Private Limited She demonstrated us diverse tools to test the aptitude of children who are unsure or uncertain about their potentials and careers.
The day was concluded by cultural evening followed by delectable dinner.
Day-02 | Session
We had the following speakers for Day-02, the sessions were informative, enriching and empowering.
(i) Speaker 01 – Ms. V. Parameshwari&Ms. EktaAnand
Topic – Metamorphosis: The secret of change,
(ii) Speaker 02 – Mrs. Nisha Jain
Topic – POCSO
(iii) Speaker 03 – Ms. Neera Singh
(Principal, Rajmata Krishna Kumari Girls’ Public School, Jodhpur)
(iv) Speaker-04 – Mrs. Anju Mehta ,
Topic – Experiential Learning
Finally, Second day Chief GuestCapt. A J Singh,
Former Chairman IPSC &Executive Director, Pinegrove SchoolDharampur,HP discussed about the essential parameters that makes public school stand-out amongst the from different private schools.
He focussed on becoming an integral assets to your institution and play whatever role is assigned by the school head.
It was an absorbing session where each and participant enjoyed and gained a lot.
The last program was the distribution of Mementoes and Certificates to all the Participants by Capt A J Singh and Principal R C Joshi Sir.
