Katha Vachan Competition

“If you wish to influence an individual or a group to embrace a particular value in their daily lives, tell them a compelling story.”

The art of storytelling is one of the most powerful and envied skill. Therefore to boost the storyteller inside our students and to build up the confidence and verbal skills of young Birlites, BKBCE conducted the inter house Hindi Katha Vachan Competition on July 24, 2015.

Participants were judged on the basis of voice clarity, confidence, expressions and theme. The listeners got captivated in the joy of words while the little ones from Grades IV-VI narrated stories in Hindi with strong moral messages.

The first position was won by Nirjala Sharma (Vyom House) while Sahil Gupta and Paras Basantani (both of Agni House) bagged the second position. Similarly the third position was shared between Riya Pandey (Vyom House) and Pranay Savla (Salil House) and Sakshi Pawar (Salil House) won the fourth position.
