Activities like outdoor sports, indoor sports, yoga, sculpture, theatre, and horticulture promote all-round development. With four sports teachers and three visiting professors, BK Birla Centre offers its students more than 11 sports to choose from. Accordingly, the school has two open sports grounds, a state-of-the-art gymnasium, a swimming pool, a horse-riding ground, three tennis hard courts and an Olympic-size skating rink that supports various sports.

From outdoor games like cricket, football, basketball, volleyball, and lawn tennis to indoor games like badminton, skating, table tennis, chess and carrom to activities like horse riding, swimming, snooker and music – all form part of the school calendar. Every day students have an hourly session of sports, where they are trained in two sports activities of their choice, apart from swimming, which is a compulsory activity. Apart from this, students are encouraged to participate in sports after school hours and on the weekends. Jogging and yoga form an integral part of a student’s daily physical education training.
