The school has a pottery studio, and wood and metal workshop, where students are taught the rudiments of design and how to handle tools and implements. Students are taught two-dimensional art through cloth, relics, oil and pencil painting and three-dimensional art through clay modelling, newspaper mesh, murals and pottery.
In the junior classes, students are introduced to pencil and crayons drawing geometric forms and simple creatives, and then slowly nature and modern art is introduced. In craft, students are taught to make best out of waste – creating book stands, letter holders and book covers. There are also lessons on calligraphy so that students are able to improve their handwriting.At the Annual Day, all the paintings, murals, wall decorations and all other kinds of craft prepared by students are exhibited. Apart from this, the school also organises frequent art shows. The most recent was a puppet show by Director of Calcutta Puppet Theatre Suresh Dutta, an eminent artist in Kolkata, India.
